2430 Sqft L 20 is built with an east-west facing and designed according to the unique Vastu Shastra. Its balcony and garden are designed with your mind and your mood in mind. The view of the lake from the balcony will brighten up your day and make you forget all the stress at the end of the day.

As soon as you enter after the entrance, there is a living area in front of you to enjoy your time with your loved ones. The dining room and the kitchen are set in such a way that the left side comes from Etnus next to it as if it were spreading love through the swat. We are ready to change the walls and design of the kitchen in the entrance to your liking. We have designed the walls of the kitchen at the entrance as a breakfast area which can be modified according to your wishes. From the kitchen, you can go directly to the utility area.

To the right of the entrance, we have a home office, guest bedroom, and a common bathroom. There is also access from the living area to the master bedroom with an attached bathroom and from the dining area to the kid’s room with an attached bathroom. We have three L shaped bedrooms in total. We have also provided access to the balcony from the kid’s room, which is designed to provide a view of the beautiful lake that is soothing to both the eyes and the mind. It also has a terraced garden measuring 11’3″ * 8’2″ wide. We propose an option to change the terrace garden to be accessed from the master bedroom.
